The Best Huda Beauty Eyeshadow Palettes For Brown Eyes

I am a big fan of Huda Beauty eyeshadow palettes and they are easily some of my most used makeup products. I like Huda beauty eyeshadows for a few different reasons:

Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette.

The color story of the Desert Dusk palette is what truly caught my eye. Using richer colors like purple, copper, burnt reds and oranges complement the natural tones of red and brown in brown eyes and that’s what really makes them pop. This palette also has a really nice selection of ethereal glitters and pigmented shimmers, which look great for night-time events and parties. Here are two ways that I like to use the Desert Dusk Palette:

• Layer a glitter eyeshadow on a matte eyeshadow: This is one of the fastest ways to create an impactful look. I really like the combination of Amethyst matte shadow with either Retrograde or Twilight glitter layered on top. Smoke out the lower lash line with matte shadow, pop on some mascara and you’re all set.
  
• Use a pigmented shimmer all over the lid: Blood Moon, Turkish Delight and Cashmere are very pigmented shimmers and look great on the eyes. Add a layer of the shimmer and use a neutral brown shadow or bronzer in the crease to blend it out and a deeper brown in the outer corner of the eyes to add depth. Smoke out the lower lash line with a brown eye shadow and you have a gorgeous shimmery smokey eye. You can add some eyeliner, if you like.

The color story in the Jaguar Wild Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette Mini leans dark and smoky with gold and deep green shimmers (colors that make brown eyes pop too), which makes this palette perfect for travel and weddings. This palette goes wherever I go because it has all the essentials to create a full eye look with the neutral mattes and rich shimmers. There is a neutral gray, which I like to mix with the deeper chocolate brown for a crease shade. You can also use the deep brown and black with an angled brush to create winged liner or smoke out the lash line. If you’re looking at Huda Beauty eyeshadow palettes to buy, then this should be the one.

Khaki Haze Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette Mini

Price: USD $20

The Khaki Haze Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette Mini has a nice mix of matte browns / khaki and some lighter gold, khaki and copper glitters. I don’t think this Huda Beauty eyeshadow palette is as pigmented as the other two, but I’m okay with that because I think the lighter pigmentation actually works perfectly for daytime makeup. You can create very wearable neutral brown eye looks that work great for casual and professional settings. The lighter glitters layer nicely on the mattes to take any look to the next level. I like that there is a deep matte brown in the palette because you can use it as eyeliner too. It’s another super travel-friendly palette.
