How To Recreate An Alia Bhatt Makeup Look
Alia Bhatt is known for her minimal makeup looks and I’m a fan. I like the fact that most of her looks (including Alia’s bridal looks!) are subtle and easy-to-do. In this post, I want to share how to create this soft monochrome peach look Alia Bhatt wore to an event in Doha.

Alia Bhatt Look Essential: Glowy Skin Prep
The one thing to remember with minimal makeup looks is that the skin is center stage — you want a hint of your natural complexion peeking through. So, the first thing to do is to prep the skin really well:
Use a hydrating moisturizer and eye cream to plump up the skin (makeup looks better on hydrated skin anyways). Then prime the skin with a glowy primer or sunscreen. I used the Live Tinted Hueguard SPF and it created the perfect glowy base for this look.

Makeup Used For The Monochrome Peach Look
Face: Apply a light layer of foundation or concealer to conceal blemishes — don’t go overboard here. You want your natural skin peeking through (notice how Alia’s freckles are front and center in the photo). Set the whole face with a translucent loose powder. My go-to is Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder.
Eyes: I used the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in At Night (this works well for medium to deep skin tones) and dusted it across my eyes and into the crease with a fluffy eyeshadow brush. Then add some black eyeliner to the upper lash line and add mascara. Don’t forget to fill in the eyebrows!
Cheeks: With a fluffy blush brush I applied the same blush on my cheeks, working it backwards into the temples. I also dusted a little blush on the bridge of my nose. Add some highlighter on the top of the cheekbones. I used NARS Highlighting Powder in Fort De France.
Lips: Wear your favorite peach / coral matte lipstick. I wore Mocha by MAC Cosmetics and layered Live Tinted Huestick in Perk on top.
