One of my favorite acts of self-care is getting my nails done,= with adorable, funky designs. I take it very ahem, *seriously* and show up to my appointments well-researched with several options, ready to go. I like changing the colors or designs here and there to make the nail art my own. Playful, bold, wearable and cute! The reason this design works is because both the red and pink are similar in tone — warm and bright. You could do the same design with pastel shades or contrasting colors like red and white or pink and white. Add a glitter outline on the heart for a little more oomph.
